What does the acceptable use policy prohibit?

Unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use, exceeding usage limits, and competitive scraping. For AI specifically: no training competing models on outputs, no passing outputs off as human, and human review for legally significant decisions.

The acceptable use policy covers the usual ground (unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use; exceeding limits; scraping to build a competing product) and adds three AI-specific rules: outputs may not be used to train competing models, outputs may not be represented as human-authored where that matters, and decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people need human review.
