We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models that serve other customers. Your documents, files, and content remain yours. Any model customization or learning that occurs within your workspace is isolated to your organization and is not shared with or used to benefit other customers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit — All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Encryption at rest — All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- Access controls — Role-based access controls and audit logging for all data access
- Infrastructure security — SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure with continuous monitoring
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
