Who owns inputs and outputs?

You do. Customer data and the outputs agents produce belong to the customer; Context uses them only to provide the service. Usage data about how the service runs is Context's.

The terms put ownership where you would expect: your inputs and the outputs produced for you are yours, to the extent permitted by law, and Context uses customer data only to provide and support the service. Aggregated usage data about how the service operates belongs to Context. The training boundary is separate and stricter: your traces and context never train models for other customers.
