How do agents reach Microsoft Teams?
Each person connects Microsoft Teams from the connector directory with their own Microsoft account, and agents working for them use that account.
Which Microsoft apps can we connect?
Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft To Do and Power BI, as offered by your deployment.
Can people sign in with Microsoft Entra ID?
Yes. Context supports single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID with SAML or OIDC, and SCIM provisioning.
Can an agent see my whole organization's Teams?
No. An agent uses the account of the person it works for and reaches only what that person can.
Can I open Word, Excel and PowerPoint files?
Yes. Open and edit them in the built-in editors in Drive.
Can we run Context in Azure?
Yes. Enterprise deployments run on your own Kubernetes cluster, including Azure AKS.
