Questions
How is usage measured?
In credits. Each plan carries a monthly credit allowance, and premium models cost more per unit than standard ones.
What happens when credits run out?
The next turn is refused until you top up or upgrade. The task waits, and your files, tasks and history stay as they were.
Can we limit what one person spends?
Yes. Budgets set a monthly model limit for each person, in US dollars. Budgets are turned on per organization.
Can I see what one agent spent?
Yes. Group the Usage page by agent to see each agent's spend and the models it used.
Can I export usage?
Yes. Download the grouping you are looking at as a CSV.
Where are invoices?
In the billing portal linked from Settings, with plan changes and payment methods.
