How do I make a deck?
Ask for one in a task and name the files it should draw on. The agent writes the deck into Drive slide by slide, and you can open it while it is being written.
Can I get a PowerPoint file?
Yes. Choose Convert to PowerPoint from the viewer's More menu, and the agent builds a .pptx that matches each slide and saves it next to the deck in Drive. You can also create a PowerPoint from Drive's New menu and edit it in the browser.
Can an agent edit a PowerPoint I already have?
Yes. Upload it to Drive and ask in a task. The agent edits the existing file and keeps your content.
Can an agent change a deck my team shares?
Only through a grant from the person who asked. Writes to shared files can wait for a person's approval, and every agent write is recorded in the audit log.
Where are my decks stored?
In Drive, which keeps files in your S3 or MinIO bucket when you run Context in your own cloud or on your own hardware.
