What happens when someone leaves?

Removing their membership ends their sessions, revokes their keys, and stops any schedules or triggers that ran on their authority.

Offboard a person by removing their organization membership. Their sessions are ended in the same step, their API keys and paired devices are revoked, and any automations or trigger bindings they created are paused, because standing work never continues on a departed person's authority. Disabling them only at the identity provider stops new sign-ins; remove the membership as well so nothing keeps running.
