How do we get security documentation for a review?
Use the request form in the Trust Center or email security@context.ai. Public documents link directly; NDA documents are shared once it is in place.
Use the request-access form in the Trust Center document library, or email security@context.ai with what your review needs. Public documents (the DPA, terms, acceptable use, privacy, subprocessors) are linked directly; the SOC 2 report, the ISO 27001 certificate, the penetration-test report, the CAIQ, the combined security policies, and procurement paperwork are shared on request, under NDA where required.
