Is the CLI billed separately?
No. context-code has no subscription of its own; each session is a workspace task and bills as usage to your account.
context-code is free to install and has no separate subscription. A session runs on your machine, appears in the workspace task list, and bills to your workspace like any other task, at the usage rates of the model you chose. See Context Code for the current model catalog and rates.
