How does self-serve billing work?
Plans include a monthly allowance of usage credits and a number of concurrent agents. Model usage draws down credits, and you can top up or upgrade from Settings, Billing.
Each self-serve plan carries a monthly credit allowance and a cap on how many agents can run at once. Model usage is metered in credits, with premium-tier models costing more per unit than standard ones, and every turn is checked against your balance before it runs. Current plan prices and allowances are shown in the product on the billing page.
When you need more, buy a prepaid top-up without changing plan or move to a higher plan; both take effect immediately. Invoices and plan changes go through the billing portal linked from Settings.
