How is a self-hosted install delivered?
Through the Replicated admin console (license, preflight checks, a short configuration form) or Helm from the umbrella chart. Upgrades are an operator action.
Your operator installs the Replicated admin console into the cluster, uploads the license, runs the preflight checks, and fills in a short configuration form: domains, the IAM role, storage and queue names, the load balancer, and the model gateway. Everything else is generated. Teams that prefer Helm install the same umbrella chart directly.
Application images are pulled through the licensed release proxy; every component that processes data runs in your namespace. Agent sandboxes run under a separate controller in their own namespace.
