What is Drive, and how do agents use it?
Drive is your organization's file storage: a shared area per workspace plus a personal space. Agents read only what the requester can read.
Drive holds your organization's files with a shared area per workspace and a personal area per person. Access follows workspace membership and individual ownership, so an agent working for you sees the same files you do and nothing more.
Upload files directly or point a task at a folder; results land back in Drive next to their sources. Folders can be downloaded as a ZIP archive.
