What roles exist?
Organization roles are owner, admin, and member (agents hold one too). Workspace roles are owner, admin, member, and viewer, with custom roles available.
At the organization level, owners and admins manage agents, members, invitations, and settings; members can read organization resources and, by default, create workspaces (admins can restrict that to owners and admins). Agents are principals with an organization role of their own, checked by the same code path as a person.
Inside a workspace, membership is owner, admin, member, or viewer, and custom roles can narrow further. Workspace membership decides which files an agent can reach; it does not decide who may talk to the agent.
