What monitoring ships with a deployment?
An in-cluster observability stack (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards), trace analytics, and health endpoints. External export is opt-in.
A self-hosted deployment can render an observability chart alongside the application: Prometheus metrics, Loki logs, Tempo traces, and Grafana dashboards, plus ClickHouse for model-call traces and analytics. Health endpoints support your own probes. Nothing is exported outside the cluster unless you turn it on.
