Delete your Context account
You can ask us to delete your Context account and the personal data tied to it. Context is provided by Explore Interfaces Inc. One request covers your account on the web, desktop and mobile apps.
How to ask
Email privacy@context.ai from the email address you sign in to Context with.
Say you want your Context account deleted.
The apps don’t have a delete button, so email is the way to ask.
What we delete
Your account, including your name and email address.
Your password, linked sign-ins such as Google, your sign-in sessions and the devices registered for notifications.
Tasks you started, your notifications and your settings.
What we keep
Files you added to a workspace. They belong to the workspace, so its other members keep them.
Messages you sent in other people’s tasks. They stay in those tasks, no longer linked to your account.
A workspace’s billing and payment records.
Information we need to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of Context or others.
Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.
If your company gave you Context
Your employer controls its workspace and the data in it, so we’ll point your request to them. You can also ask your workspace admin directly.
If the workspace is yours alone
Deleting your account doesn’t delete a workspace. If you are its only member and want the workspace removed too, say so in your email.

To stop marketing email without deleting anything, use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails. The privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
